I've never had breast tenderness or pain associated with my cycle, until about a year ago (I'm 36). Now, most months I have a few days where my boobs feel exactly like they did in very early pregnancy (though I'm never pregnant). I think it's just a change in hormones thing?

Step 1 pg test. Easy/inexpensive way to rule something out. Then, if you're due for a mammogram or have any family history, I'd talk to your dr about scheduling one. I assume they're scheduling months out?

Antianxiety meds may be a good option too. I was reading your other post and realizing it might be time for me too

I did take a pregnancy test: negative.
I’m going to go into talk to my doc about the anxiety so I will bring this up also.

Sounds hormonal to me. I’d talk to your gyn about premenopause.

Hormonal for sure. I’ve had it some months for the past few years. I’ve started taking Vitex and using bioidentical progesterone cream the second half of my cycle and that usually helps.

For me, changing bras helped some. I changed to something with a bit of padding and more coverage - the padding helps when the kids want hugs!
