I use Natural Calm. I buy a big tub from Amazon (best price) and it lasts me a long time. I started using it many years ago after seeing it so highly recommended here in the BBB!

Ditto. I find the best price when whole foods runs their 40% off, plus 10% for Prime members.

I also use Natural Calm, but I take the Glycinate capsules rather than the citrate. I switched and it is working much better for me. I order them online because the capsules are harder to find in store. There is usually a coupon code also at naturalvitality.com

Another Natural Calm user here as well. I get it at Amazon through Subscribe and Save, although I have gotten it at Sprouts as well.

Melaine, why did you switch, if you don’t mind my asking? It’s almost time for me to get more Natural Calm and I think capsules would be easier for me to remember to take regularly.

I was having issues with my stomach which is apparently common with citrate. Loose stools, then constipation...back and forth. I have issues with absorption in general it seems. Since switching to the glycinate I have felt like it is working much better and helping me sleep plus no stomach issues for me. I was told it’s an easier to absorb form?

Do you still have issues with constipation since switching? Sometimes the Calm works great and causes things to move, and other times it doesn’t seem like it is working and then I have to take 400mg of Magnesium (I take Nature Valley) and then things really move. I don’t like having to take the magnesium caplet though so I have also started being more regular with daily Citrucel, but not as much as I would prefer.

I haven’t had as many issues but I also started a Different probiotic that may have helped...generally I take so many supplements it is hard to know what is working.

I take the Nature made magnesium capsules from Costco. They're 400mg. I take it on M W and F in the morning with my breakfast. Too often is too much if you know what I mean.
