    Try T gel. If that doesn’t work try nizoral. There’s also a stronger nizoral available by prescription. And there’s another prescription to try as well.

    For DD and I, weekly oil massaged into the scalp and left for an hour or two before washing off has made a huge difference to our scalp. I tried so many dandruff treatments some of which made the dryness worse. It is probably only extreme dryness. We use coconut oil and this kind of root comb applicator bottle works best to apply it

    BiolAge scalp sync really helped me. Not sure if mine was technically dandruff or super dry.
