Default Birthday gift for 4 y.o.?

Anyone have a great idea for birthday gift for our niece, who's turning 4 this week? She has two younger siblings (they are 2), so nothing that could be a choking hazard.

They live in a condo (no yard) and are spending a lot of time inside these days. She is very social and can't understand why she has to stay away from people at the park, and the playground is off limits anyway.

I found these ideas from old threads: a sit 'n spin and magnatiles. I'd like to keep it under $30ish.

What about a little kid baking kit (Kidstir is good but I’d search around to see if there’s a better one for preschoolers).

Magnatiles will always get my vote. My kids LOVE them as does any kid that comes over.

Under $30, puzzles, books and play doh are always hits. Lego Duplo too!

It depends on what she is into. Some little girls like dolls and girly things some like soccerballs and athletic things some building blocks and duplos I'd ask her parents for direction.

Everything happens for a reason, sometimes the reason is you're stupid and make bad decisions
