This! I just saw the floor plan. It looks beautiful! My vote is to buy it. The cons you listed are not bad enough that I think you should back out and the pros are all excellent. I’ve always wanted a house on a cup-de-sac too. I envision your son and his cousin riding bikes and shooting hoops out there. It would be nice to have another family you trust nearby during COVID. So I checked it out. I really like the upstairs. That will be nice to have all the kids bedrooms there with another living space and your bedroom close by. That's always what I want! It will give a nice sense of private hanging out space for everyone. Originally Posted by Melaine

I'm on pins and needles. We went over the numbers last night. It's totally doable. I think DH is still stressed at work and is waiting for an anouncement about quarterly numbers that might ease his mind but I am ready to sign on the dotted line.
