Default Make-Ahead Family Friendly Meal Ideas??

We are squeezing in a quick trip to the mountains this weekend to stay in a cabin before virtual school starts next week. We will keep to ourselves, other than hiking, and plan to take up all our own food. But I'm in a meal planning rut. I need some new ideas for take-ahead dinners. I've already planned to make a foil packet meal (steak, potatoes, veggies) for the first night we will throw on the grill. Any ideas for the two other nights?

It's a fully furnished cabin, but it don't want to do too much prep work there.

Boxed pasta, jarred sauce and a salad. Not make ahead but super easy.

Tacos - you can make the meat in advance and just reheat while there, and prep all the toppings and just bring in small containers.

Pasta - either just bring a jar of sauce or make a meat sauce ahead of time, cook the pasta while there.

Burgers - have them formed and ready to throw on the grill, serve with baked beans, store bought potato salad, and veggies

We just did a week at the beach and I cooked and froze meals ahead of time to take along. Packed everything in a cooler and let thaw in fridge before baking or reheating throughout the week.

We went to the beach a while ago. I used FoodSaver bags to freeze marina sauce and taco meat. It was nice because the marinara and taco meat started to thaw in the cooler on the drive and helped keep the other refrigerated items cool. (I used ice, too.)
