Site to upload photos and vote on them

We have a big Halloween party with costume contest every year but obviously won’t be doing it this year. We would still like to have the contest and would like to have everyone upload their photos by a certain date and then have the voting. Does anyone have experience with a site that does this?

That sounds fun! You could easily do this using Google Forms. Another option would be Jotform.
