Über Eats promotions that don't work

Ugh. So of course I looked afterwards, and they are known for this - their Twitter is full of stories about issues like this. $30 off your first order, only it doesn't work - but the kids are hungry, we are at my sister's (who lives in the sticks), and so we go ahead because we are stuck.

I tried to remedy it with them afterwards, but they pass you from person to person in Customer Support emails.....they basically run you around in circles until you give up.

DH has added a CH to their name.....

Any remedy for this? Is this false advertising? Somewhere to report it and actually get something done?

Oh my gosh, that's terrible. That really is taking advantage of the situation. I don't think I'd be able to refuse food in those circumstances. They've got you cornered! I hope you get it resolved.
