    I am almost always a keep and that is an unquestionable toss!!!

    And you asked for a link, so here you go: USDA says that food needs to be in a refrigerator that's 40 degrees F or below within 2 hours.

    I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs. And I've fed them some stuff I know is bad before.

    Doesnt it smell nasty? feel slimy?

    Absolutely toss. Ground meat with all its surface area is the worst for food safety. I still remember the stomach turning seminar I went to about meats and food borne illness in grad school. Yuck.
