Yes, cozy non skid socks would be more forgiving size wise than slippers.

Duh! I’ve been adding fuzzy no slip socks on to my gifts all the other years. Thanks!

Not sure why I'm just now thinking of this! My DD likes to do care packages for seniors through Meals on Wheels. Here are some of the recommended items they suggest for seniors (most of this is available at Dollar Tree): large print Soduko/Crossword puzzles, deodorant, greeting cards/stationary, stamps, notepads, pens, playing cards, small tissues (Kleenex), magnifying glass, lotion, hairbrush or comb, socks. Agree that the non-skid socks are great. ETA: Soft beanies/knit caps are another one-size-fits-most option to go with the non-skid socks. Many seniors get cold easily and I saw many men in knit caps when I was volunteering.

I was the one (or maybe one of the ones, there may have been more of us) who recommended giving treats that they can hand out to visitors. I am a pet-assisted therapy volunteer, currently on hold during the pandemic. I really miss it!
