Default No spoilers. I finally started Jane the Virgin

After it's been recommended here and IRL so many times I finally clicked on it the other day and can't believe I didn't watch it sooner! I'm almost done with season 2 and it's only been a week. What a fun show! If you too have been considering it, just do it. Totally worth the watch.

Totally fun. I was watching with my older DD and a few times she sped ahead of me, and honestly, I was able to catch right up thanks to those summaries at the beginning. She's now done and I'm at least a season behind, tempted to just jump 8 episodes ahead!

I LOVE THIS SHOW. I cannot even tell you. It is one of the cleverest shows ever and it is shocking how seamlessly it jumps from outrageous to completely heartwrenching and it JUST gets better! I'm so jealous you are watching it for the first time ;-)

I thought there were more fans on here! I know it comes up frequently in recommendations. Well, if you haven''t chimed in because you haven't watched then you should address that ASAP.

Oh that's great that it just keeps getting better. It surprises me with twists but I was really wondering just how many more twists it could have! I shouldn't be surprised though since everytime I think we might be approaching a lull I have been wrong.

I’m working my way through The West Wing now but will add this to the list to watch next. Thanks for the rec!

I'm trying to start the West Wing but the first episode didn't really hook me. Does it get better?

I am also intrigued by Jane the Virgin! I may give it a shot. Right now I am finishing Emily in Paris (really short, with just one 10 episode season).

I’m really enjoying it. I find that I can pop in my headphones and get stuff done around the house without having to watch the screen so much. The story really is in the telling and I can pick up almost everything by just listening. I watch at night in bed but listen to episodes during the day with a quick glance at the screen here and there.
