If anyone wants to buy it it qualifies for the $5 off coupon, I just added this cheap one to put me over the $20 threshold. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/04...t_b_prod_image

years ago when dd was a baby (she's 17 now) there was a cooking show called Fixing Dinner with a Canadian woman named Sandi Richard and she was all about the planning meals based on what was on sale, and what activities the family had coming up; then shopping once and prepping several things at certain times. Back then she had several cookbooks. See if you can google and find something http://www.cookingfortherushed.com/new/

maybe you tube would have some of the old shows? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fixing_Dinner
ETA: I thought OP was asking about how to cook once a week, not a certain program/book! LOL. sorry OP.

That's ok, I'm totally interested in the concept from various sources. I remember Rachel Ray did a series on cook once eat all week concept and it worked really well....the difference is a lot of the ones I've seen have been pretty high carb and not very healthy....this book appears very healthy, has instant pot instructions (YES!), and is gluten free to start which is really great. I've looked through the book and will let ya'll know how it works for us.
My one concern is it looks like a food processor might be important for some of the recipes and I don't own one.
