When offices reopened here in early summer, we resumed our regular dentist/ortho/eye dr/specialist dr visits. The orthodontist makes me the most nervous as they aren't as strict as the others, but so far so good. The only thing I haven't scheduled yet is well child visits, we're right at the one year mark now but our dr office is also an urgent care and sees so many sick people that I am not comfortable with it. We'll wait for summer on that. Eye dr is done til next summer, and specialist dr issues are all healed now so it's the dentist and the ortho for us. Thankfully the pediatric dentist is super strict about masking and health screenings, the common area where they do cleanings only has two chairs so it's only my kids in there, and the staff double masks. DH/my dentist has individual rooms for each patient so that also feels pretty safe. Nobody in our family is high risk, covid wise, but our teeth are very cavity prone - so for us the risk is worth it.
