I just got a call from the research center. I'm glad I called last week and left a message, as she said she didn't have the information from the form I filled out online and wasn't sure why. She did say they are still recruiting and took my son's information, medical issues, past surgery, etc. She told me they were waiting on the research protocols and expecting them in the next week or two and would be calling me back once they received them. So at least we didn't get weeded out right away for food allergies and mild asthma!
