Yes, probably! You wouldn't want a gathered edge inside your boots (no joggers), but anything with a wide leg can slip over the top of the boots. Mine are ancient, I've had them since I was a teen, they are low-rise 90s style flares, but thankfully no one sees them It's surprisingly hard to find wide leg women's pants these days.

I had originally wanted to buy these earlier in the season but now they are only available in plus size, but I think something like this would work https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/1216...%20pants&pos=3

I'm a generally "always cold" type of person and I can ski pretty fast, so I probably wear on average more layers than most. I still prefer it to being too cold though.

I just got one of these in gray. I haven't worn it skiing yet, but it would definitely fit over my helmet and I think it would be super cozy on one of Big Sky's infamous -30 wind chill days. Otherwise I think it would be sweltering and kind of a pain to deal with removing on the slopes if you needed to take it off when skiing. It is REALLY warm. It is super soft and cozy and cinches in really nicely around the face. I've worn mine to shovel/snow blow, hike and to snowshoe so far and I've had to take it off every time. But those things heat me up more than downhill resort skiing. I'm going snowshoeing later and it is currently 13 degrees with a wind chill of 0, so this will be a good test.

I also looked at this one, which looks great too. https://www.amazon.com/Dakine-Bergen...83609229&psc=1

I found these on sale. Sharing in case you’re still looking for fleece pants.

Remember that the little one's don't feel cold the same way we do...

DC's first big mountain ski trip was in Kindergarten, it was about 3 degrees with the wind howling. We took the lift up for our first run, the lift guys were assessing the safety. They closed the lifts about 10 chairs after us. By the time we got back to the condo DH and I were FREEZING and DC was mad that we couldn't go again and thought it was the best experience EVER! They don't feel the cold the same way we do .

Even when I have cross country skied full out a few miles, my feet are still cold. Some people just have cold feet and hands. I bought snowdeer battery powered gloves, they have saved me. I can now stand outside for HOURS with the kids and have my fingers be fine. Everyone I talk to tells me the only battery powered socks worth anything are the super expensive ones. Lenz at like $100 - $300. so I am still using chemical hand warmers in my boots. . . I need a solution, bc Sunday my toes were purple when we got home. I skied and watched, we were outside for 8 hours and it was warmer at 25.
