    I would look at:
    Bicycle or exercise bike
    Skis or snowboard
    outdoor heater or outdoor fireplace
    set of pots and pans?

Breville oven, Kitchenaid mixer, outdoor furniture, Roomba, whatever you need. If you're really short on ideas check out Wirecutter for suggestions

I bought this little upright freezer for our garage and it's been great during the pandemic. We already have a regular fridge with top freezer in our garage but I wanted more freezer space. I didn't want a chest freezer and this little freezer holds more than you'd think. Perfect for all the frozen TJ's stuff in boxes that I stack side by side like books. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L7QVSXE...PFFDC927?psc=1

My other thought is an entry model Roomba. I love having one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DL4QY5V...3DD7R4HYH054Z7

    Roomba is a great idea.
I have a Breville toaster oven, but recently was looking at the model that is both a toaster oven and an air fryer.
    Watch.
    Fancy Yeti cooler.
Fancy bluetooth headset / ear buds.
    Cordless vacuum.
    Ring camera/doorbell system.
    Sunglasses.
Updated kitchen stuff (new pot/pan set, knife set, etc.)
