I noticed the same thing! I even tried the trick of adding items to my cart and then leaving my cart for a few days, that used to be a surefire way of getting a coupon code emailed to me.
I was ready to buy new dinnerware for twelve, so not a small purchase. I'm actually kind of over it now and will just keep using our perfectly fine 20 year old plates.
