Plus I read that a study showed that even if you don’t cut down the amount you eat and simply track what you consume, most people lose some weight. Simply by cutting calories (mainly starches), eating 3 cups of fresh fruits and veggies each day and getting more sleep, I’ve lost 26 pounds over the last 8 months. It’s slow but steady. I hope you can get down to the weight you want.
