Very inspirational! Is the PZ all biking? I really don't like biking but I love walking and dancing. Just curious if they have other programs that focus on the PZ.

Thanks Philly Mom. I will definitely look at the next challenge. It wasn’t the concept I didn’t care for but the teacher who taught it. I just didn’t care for her teaching style.

I need to build my Peloton network as well.

Power zone was originally developed for runners per the Google search I just did.

I’m 42. On the power zone pack Facebook page there is a lot of positive talk about the impact of PZ on people of all ages.

For the peloton, it is all biking as of now. There have been requests to peloton to create a running program. PZ training is about training at different exertion levels for prolonged intervals. So for biking, it is based out of 7, with 1 being easy and 7 being something you can hold for 30 seconds max. A lot of training happens at a 3 which is a pace you could keep for more than an hour but you wouldn’t want to hold a conversation in it.

I have really fallen off the bandwagon and am eating terribly so this was great to read. Maybe we can start a fitness group here? It’s been done before

Way to go, Philly Mom. I need to begin a regular routine but have struggled with foot pain the last year.
