Days 8 and 9 - dog walks only. I should have done strength training over the weekend. Between baseball and Father's Day, it didn't work out.

I "rested" on Sunday. More like walked around with DH doing what he wanted to do for Father's Day, which was the World Chess Hall of Fame and walking the neighborhood around it with our Starbucks and 2 younger kids.
Today I did a 30 minute strength routine.

Here is my update for the last week. No Peloton rides or workouts; hoping for one today…still mildly jet lagged yesterday.
Steps:
Day 5, 6-15: 8,555 (Amish Country, and Gettysburg)
Day 6, 6-16: 13,214 (Gettysburg, and downtown Pittsburgh)
Day 7, 6-17: 11,767 (Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium)
Day 8, 6-18: 15,162 (Pittsburgh museums, and walking downtown)
Day 9, 6-19: 5,627 (family get together)
Day 10, 6-20: 10,729 (lots of airport walking, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, and Los Angeles)
Day 11, 6-21: 5,697 (home )
