Hi BB friends! There was a group that wanted fitness accountability. To that end, I want to challenge everyone to do 30 mins of exercise for the next 30 days, with a daily check in to the group to hold us accountable. Exercise can include walking, running, biking, yoga, strength, etc. If you have an Apple Watch, set a goal of closing your rings for the next 30 days. Tomorrow will be day 1. No one should feel bad for missing a day. Just pick it back up and add a day at the end.
