    Yesterday I did arms and abs and also did a 15 minute cardio. I wanted to get in a walk again but just couldn't do it! I feel magnetically attracted to making sure I'm on top of everyone at home--even though my youngest is 7, I have 2 teenagers and DH at home. Sigh. The only way I get in my walks is if I've committed to meeting someone. The threat of letting someone down is literally the only thing that gets me out there!

    Today was chest, back, quads and hams.

    Bumping this up! I took rest days on Saturday and Sunday.

    Monday I did lower body weights
    Tuesday I did upper body weights

    I'm still continuing on my running program. I also did strength on Friday and Sunday. I should have done yesterday but I had to work late. Double exercise days are really hard for me.

    Keeping track by days seems to work best for me.

    Day 1 - 30 minutes on the treadmill
    Day 2 - 36 minutes trail running / 16 miles biking
    Day 3 - 60 minutes treadmill
    Day 4 - 14 miles biking
    Day 5 - 11 miles biking
    Day 6 - 3 miles biking
    Day 7 - 45 minute hike with my kids
    Day 8 - 3.5 mile run
    Day 9 - 60 minutes on the treadmill / 45 minutes breaking up brush in the yard
    Day 10 - 30 minutes on the treadmill
    Day 11 - 30 minutes treadmill
    Day 12 - 30 min treadmill
    Day 13 - 30 min treadmill
    Day 14 - 3 mile run
    Day 15 - 60 minutes walking
    Day 16 - 35 minutes walking
    Day 17 - 35 minutes walking
    Day 18 - 35 minutes walking
    Day 19 - 35 minutes walking
    Day 20 - 40 minutes running
    Day 21 - 35 minutes walking
    Day 22 - 35 minutes walking / 45 minutes running
    Day 23 - 35 minutes walking
    Day 24 - 45 minutes running
    Day 25 - 90 minutes cycling
