    Default s/o Fitness Accountability Thread

    Hi BB friends! There was a group that wanted fitness accountability. To that end, I want to challenge everyone to do 30 mins of exercise for the next 30 days, with a daily check in to the group to hold us accountable. Exercise can include walking, running, biking, yoga, strength, etc. If you have an Apple Watch, set a goal of closing your rings for the next 30 days. Tomorrow will be day 1. No one should feel bad for missing a day. Just pick it back up and add a day at the end.

    Here is my example from today:

    10 mins of yoga and 30 mins of cycling on the Peloton

    Looking forward to checking in and cheering each other on!

    Walked outside for 30+ minutes (at an outdoor mall with DD1, tools stairs instead of escalators and elevators). Hit my 5,000 step goal by 2:30 pm. May do a Peloton ride later.

    Love this! Thank you! If anyone wants any an Apple Watch buddy, PM me! My plan is to walk on the beach later, if it doesn’t rain. Otherwise, it’s treadmill.

    Day 1 - I biked and swam.

    Today, I will bike and walk.

    Day 1 - 30 minutes on the treadmill
    Day 2 - 36 minutes trail running / 16 miles biking

    I'm in!

    Day 1- 20 minutes of yoga- 20 minutes on treadmill
    Day 2- 35 minutes on treadmill- 5 minutes of gentle stretching.

    I'm in too!

    Day 1- 45 minutes full body weights
    Day 2- 25 minutes restorative yoga
    Day 3- 35 minutes lower body weights
