    Missed yesterday but started a day early. 90 minute walk friday, 60 minute walk Saturday, 45 minute walk today. My new thing is to go for a walk (even just a 10 minute loop around the block) when I catch myself sucked in to mindless stuff online.
    40 squats/day
    Need to add back in more weights.

    Day 1 (Saturday) - recovery day. 30 minute dog walk plus additional little walks

    Day 2 - 35 minute strength workout with ifit. 30 minute dog walk.

    Saturday (day 2): 7137 steps, the majority walked at LAX, and Philadelphia airports.

    Sunday (day 3): 10,112 steps, walked in the historical/downtown Philadelphia areas.

    Day 1 - 30 minutes on the treadmill
    Day 2 - 36 minutes trail running / 16 miles biking
    Day 3 - 60 minutes treadmill

    I want to join, although my upcoming vacation may complicate things (it's active though).

    Day 1: 30 minutes of strength training, got in the pool with my kids
    Day 2: 20 minutes of yoga, walked around an amusement park at 95 degrees half the day
    Day 3: 30 minutes of strength training, swam with the kids again
    Day 4: swimming with the kids, but focusing more on laps as my foot injury is acting up. Might do yoga later because it doesn't bother my tendonitis.
