Day 4– Core (Abs and Back). We might go swimming today and I’m meeting a very old friend for a hike this evening.

Day 5-continued my running program, 30 minutes. Also 1.3 mile dog walk, but I am not counting that!
Day 5 - I will go for a 30 minute walk tonight. I also walked in between calls today. Just up and down the street to stretch my legs, but it makes me feel better.
30 minutes of strength today. And now a mani/pedi so that’s all for today.
