Day 2 - 36 minutes trail running / 16 miles biking
Day 3 - 60 minutes treadmill
Day 4 - 14 miles biking
Day 5 - 11 miles biking
Day 6 - 3 miles biking
Day 7 - 45 minute hike with my kids
Day 8 - 3.5 mile run
Day 9 - 60 minutes on the treadmill / 45 minutes breaking up brush in the yard
Day 10 - 30 minutes on the treadmill

Day 6– It’s supposed to be my rest day on which I sometimes walk or do yoga. I’m SO tired today. Not sure why. I think I’m going to honor my body and truly just do nothing. Maybe a short walk with the fam…
Day 7 (is my numbering wrong?): I really didn't want to go on the treadmill today. Like really, really, really. I am behind at work, exhausted, had to take my kid to the gym early due to storms. But I did it!
30 minute running workout in the books.
Day 7– Full body weights (45 minutes)
30 minutes of strength.

Day 7 - 30 min peloton ride and 10,000+ steps
