Running program, 30 minutes. Dog walk 1.5 miles. Put on exercise clothes following my shower to make sure I strength train.

Hmm. Nothing today. I am good at my lifting days but I’m just not getting my walks in. Every minute of daylight is busy with kids and work! I’ll just have to make more of an effort to walk on the weekends. But that leaves me with at least one empty day per week without a plan! Suggestions for something complementary to a 4 day a week lifting plan that can be done at 5 am?

Yesterday I did strength training. I’m going to get on the treadmill today as soon as the coffee kicks in (I’m a lazy summer mornings kind of mom now that my kids have outgrown camp)
Ok…done. Treadmill workout with incline and speed intervals.

I did strength training last night! Only cause I said I would here! Putting on new exercise clothes was the key to success. I even kicked my kids and their friends out of the basement.
Anyway, for today, continued running series and it about killed me.

Tuesday - nothing (crazy work day)
Wed- i did a 30 minute Janelle Monae Live Ride (Peloton Tread+). Love Matty Magiacamo!
today i did 30 minutes of live 90s Yoga (Peloton) - also live (Aditi Shah)
