Yesterday I did arms and abs and also did a 15 minute cardio. I wanted to get in a walk again but just couldn't do it! I feel magnetically attracted to making sure I'm on top of everyone at home--even though my youngest is 7, I have 2 teenagers and DH at home. Sigh. The only way I get in my walks is if I've committed to meeting someone. The threat of letting someone down is literally the only thing that gets me out there!
Today was chest, back, quads and hams.
