I hate things like White Claw but people sure do like them.
There’s lots of wines in cans that are good.

White Claw Lime is my favorite. If you can find them Pink Whitney (pink lemonade vodka) has small size “shooters” (IE airline sized drink bottles). I like mixing both of them with Sparkling Ice type drinks. I have to mix Pink Whitney with something because drinking it on the rocks for me is pretty potent.

I just did a Google search for “pink Whitney shooters Ohio” and got this search result from Ohio Liquor….not sure if any are near where you are at.

If they like wine, I don't think there is any risk to sharing a bottle, wine in can doesn't taste that great IMO. But there are so many fun cocktails/spritzers/seltzers etc. The Truly fruit punches and Truly Lemonade are too sweet for most people.
I agree the Pink Whitney needs to mixed to water it down, it's made by hockey players who can seriously drink. I mix with plain soda as it's already very sweet.

Truly is another popular one. Tons of sparking seltzer’s.
If you’re trying to do this did covid reasons, I haven’t been with anyone who has concerns about handling a bottle of wine together.
I don't know how widely it's getting distributed, but this is from a local brewery and is an amazing summer drink.
