It's been over a year since I have been working with GI to figure out my crazy issues with food. Currently, I am dairy free, gluten free, nut free, and mostly FODMAP but am still having issues. Gluten is definitely an issue, that seems to cause migraines and has been fairly easy to pinpoint, but that is the only thing that I have been able to say definitively.
Is there a specialist that helps figure out what foods are triggering health issues? I have an appointment with GI soon and will definitely ask.
There has to be a specialist who deals with this, right?
