He got out of the pool to get a ball that went over the fence. It was a chain link fence and they had some decorative lights on them. There must have been an exposed wire and when he put both hands on the fence to jump over it he was electrocuted. He was stuck to the fence and after a few seconds his friends noticed he wasn’t moving and one kid unplugged the lights, a couple others got him off the fence, one started CPR, and another called 911. They all sprang into action. He had a pulse in the ambulance and his pupils were responsive. Of course his parents never thought something like this happening when he told them he was going to a friends house to swim. Parents were home, just a freak terrible accident
