Default ISO non-padded chairs we can leave outside, uncovered not Adirondack

Our new firepit area is almost done and I want some chairs that can just live by the firepit, uncovered most of the year. All of our friends have Adirondack style ones but we don't love those. Do you have a recommendation? We thought we'd just repurpose some old patio chairs but the hardscaping is too nice- they'd be a big step down in the space.

Slingback chairs. You can go from cheap and stackable for the table, or comfy ones with rockers for around the fire.

There are also adirondack's that are more level in the seat vs. so sloped back, in case that's the part you dislike.

Good luck though, finding patio furniture of any style is tough right now! In my area, at least.

The type that will hold up to not having to cover/refinish/etc. is hard to find. We just replaced ours with Polywood Adirondack chairs because they are so low maintenance.

    Maybe their rocking chairs?

Never heard of these, but they look very interesting, especially the rocking chairs. Looks like what my family needs for their new Trex deck!

I found these over on Overstock. Rockers and fire makes me nervous especially since my teens and their friends will be the primary users. This version looks like a decent alternative. I actually have a side table of that brand too.

We bought ours on sale through Costco at the beginning of the season if you’re thinking of gifting them.

I was going to recommend something similar. We built a bar on our back porch. We bought this brand in the counter height arm chairs last year.

This season we just hosed them off and they look good as new. they are really comfortable. I love them. They are very heavy though!

We have a chair like this that has been outside for years. Very sturdy, very lightweight, and also stackable.
