When I was in high school, my AP Biology teacher was talking about tips to stay calm during the AP test. She recommended vitamin B12/complex as it would help immunity and help with the test anxiety. This was before the internet (I'm old) so I took her word for it without doing any research. I'd taken multivitamins that had Vit B in them so I figured I'd be fine. I started taking it (well before the AP test,) and I remember feeling very anxious, shaky, and kinda dizzy. I stopped taking the vitamins and those feelings went away.
Granted I am allergic to caffeine and have had to avoid other supplements and medications that mimic caffeine's effects.
