We are fresh back into routine! (Separate post that I'm considering: how to deal with tweens who seem to require an additional meal after school.)
What are your standby weekly dinners?
Us:
Flatbread (naan works) pizzas - cheese, tomato sauce, whatever else we have in the fridge
Rice bowls - rice, some kind of meat (flank steak or meatballs), mango, soy sauce, avocado, cucumber
meat sauce pasta - jarred sauce or tomatoes, carrots/onions/celery sautéed, sausage
sheet pan - sausages or chicken thighs, potatoes, veggies (peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, whatever else we have)
taco night - usually ground beef with seasoning, guacamole, all the toppings and tortillas
fish, sautéed greens, rice
