    I’ve been bad about keeping up. Had a bit of a crazy week but I’m on track now.

    Sunday…treadmill
    Monday…full body strength workout
    Today…looking forward to breaking in the new treadmill that arrived yesterday! after work today.

    It was glorious!! We hiked a new trail and although the trailhead was very busy, the trails were empty. We climbed boulders, threw rocks in a pond and watched the algae bloom open and close, found a frog and watched a bald eagle soar over us as a bonus!
