I do MUCH better with an accountability group. I'd love to join.
I got a good workout in Friday and Saturday. The IL's gifted us a weight bench so I got to do some weight stuff I have been missing without a gym. I really want to run more. That's my goal for October. But, we are traveling all week so not sure I'll be able to get any runs in this week.
I also do much better with accountability. Count me in!

Gotta ask, it is ok to take scheduled rest days and post about that? I'm only working out hard 4 days per week and when I post that I took a rest day sometimes I feel like a tool! Still, I'm coming off of injury so I feel like my body needs those days. FWIW, I have been working out regularly for the past three months or so. I feel pretty good about it. My nutrition needs a little tighten up though. If it is ok to post that I'm in.
