    Default October fitness accountability thread

    I do so much better when I have an accountability group. Anyone interested in joining me in a fitness accountability thread?

    I got a good workout in Friday and Saturday. The IL's gifted us a weight bench so I got to do some weight stuff I have been missing without a gym. I really want to run more. That's my goal for October. But, we are traveling all week so not sure I'll be able to get any runs in this week.

    Gotta ask, it is ok to take scheduled rest days and post about that? I'm only working out hard 4 days per week and when I post that I took a rest day sometimes I feel like a tool! Still, I'm coming off of injury so I feel like my body needs those days. FWIW, I have been working out regularly for the past three months or so. I feel pretty good about it. My nutrition needs a little tighten up though. If it is ok to post that I'm in.

    I’m in. I had a bad week last week (lost a lot of sleep with a sick kid one night and an ER visit late one night for post varsity hockey game stitches). I managed to get in a treadmill walk yesterday and I’m heading down for a strength workout in a bit…

    Of course!! I’m committing to moving my body at least 30 minutes every day so not all of my days will be workouts either.
