Would love to know how you calculate your steps! Adding in that lap sound genius!
I just have a Fitbit (Inspire 2). It was only $69 last year on Black Friday.

I got some pilates in on Monday and went for a 2 mile walk yesterday. I find I'm more mindful of what I eat when I intentionally exercise. Today, I could only fit in some stretching and a short walk. But I hope to do more on the weekend.

Awesome. Thanks! I might have to pick one up.

Seriously, I think I just need to add a "lap" into my day. It might make a huge difference. Thanks for sharing that tip!

Didn't exercise yesterday. My joints are feeling really achy right now so whereas I normally do yoga on Thursdays I decided to skip. I think any day I'm "resting" I ought to do a little bit more walking.

Heading off to do a full body workout right now. I have a million things to do but I know I'll feel better if I make this happen.

    3 mile walk this morning
    2.2 mile walk yesterday
1.1 mile walk every day with the dogs
The biggest benefit I notice when I walk is my mental well-being. I'm so much more patient with life's little annoyances (and my family )

i'm doing the Fall Fit challenge for Pure Barre - 30 classes in 60 days. Sept 7th - Nov 5th. Didn't sound too bad until the first several weeks of September i was working 50-60 hrs a week and didn't have time to go to class so i'm making it all up now..eek. I've taken a class every day for the past week and am up to 17 out of the 30...so 13 more classes to go. During the week it is much harder for me to do classes, given my kids have swim Mon & Wed 5:15 and easiest time for me to attend is 5:00.

    10/7: Pure Barre
10/8: 30 min intensive pure barre (focus on arms, seat) , plus walking.
