    Default October fitness accountability thread

    Fri. 10/8- hit 6600+ steps….walked up and down bleachers at football game (not real exercise, but I made my step goal); plus normal walking around the house.

    Sat. 10/9- played tennis for 45 minutes with Dd1, and then went homecoming shopping for Dd1 and racked up 8,223 steps.

    Sun 10/10- moving a lot of tire shred playground material that is in our backyard from the old play structure area we dismantled. We plan on planting grass there soon.

    No, I just use my phone's health app. I have no other fitness trackers.
