Washing Roth’s sneakers

I just realized my Roth’s are in dire need of a wash. I looked up instructions online and found that I should remove the liners from the sneakers before washing. The liners definitely need to be washed too. Throw them in the machine with the sneakers or must they be washed by hand? Thanks for any btdt!

Take out the blue "half midsole" and just set it aside (do not wash, though if it was really dirty I wouldn't be beyond a gentle hand wash). For the insoles (the parts with the embroidered logos), I put those in a mesh lingerie bag and the sneakers themselves in a separate mesh bag and machine wash them all together. In cold cold water! Then I air dry and put the cardboard shoe forms back in (if you have them)
