Default How to Get Pen Ink off a Jacket

I recently bought an athleisure jacket from Talbots--it is made from Polyester and spandex and is a berry color--you can't bleach it. I managed to get a long black ink pen mark on the front. I have not washed it or soaked it--it has been a week or 2. (I was out of town for over a week) I am not a good laundress and I trust the wisdom of this board more than I do a random internet search!! So, how to get out the ink mark? Thank you!!!!!

Blot with rubbing alcohol but try it somewhere inconspicuous at first.

I have had luck with Gonzo on ink stains. DH used to get them ALL THE TIME!!!! If it's a dark color, definitely test on a spot first, but I have never had issues with Gonzo... Good luck!

Agree with the Amodex suggestion--best think for ink!

Hairspray but it has to be aerosol hairspray. I have a can in my laundry room for ink stains.
