I would think anything longer than 6 days would be worth at least a call to the nurse or Gyno. Covid wise I was on my period for shot 1 and shot 2 when I got my shots in mid March and the first week in April exactly 3 weeks apart. I had a short 21 day cycle that month (I had been having a short cycle every 4 to 6 months for the past year or so) and since then the shortest cycle has been 23 days which I have had twice, a few 26 day cycles and one 28 day cycle. I am only 44 though and was 43 when I got both of my Covid shots. I had heavy cramps in September for the first time in years but that was 5 months post vax so I don’t think there was any correlation.
I had Pfizer.
