My friend finished her Moderna series in late March and every period since has been super heavy bleeding. She's not sure it's related, but it seems like it's the only thing that changed in the time frame that it started.

Default When to be worried? Long period

I would think anything longer than 6 days would be worth at least a call to the nurse or Gyno. Covid wise I was on my period for shot 1 and shot 2 when I got my shots in mid March and the first week in April exactly 3 weeks apart. I had a short 21 day cycle that month (I had been having a short cycle every 4 to 6 months for the past year or so) and since then the shortest cycle has been 23 days which I have had twice, a few 26 day cycles and one 28 day cycle. I am only 44 though and was 43 when I got both of my Covid shots. I had heavy cramps in September for the first time in years but that was 5 months post vax so I don’t think there was any correlation.

    I had Pfizer.

    Welcome to your late 40’s!

Good news, eventually they go away. Sorry, I got nothing more cheerful.
