Not for me but for a friend. They are looking for tickets the week of Christmas and can’t seem to get them. Do they have any recourse? Like checking for cancellations? Or buying special (expensive) tours (with a plaid?) If anyone knows anything about options I’d love to hear it!

On the Disboards they say it's easier to get tickets if you are staying at a Disney hotel.
