I wake up at 4:30 and begin my workout by 4:40. I have found that doing everything the night before is essential for me. I frequently go to sleep in the clothes I plan to workout in ( ie: Cotton / jersey bottoms, with a light but supportive tank with a shelf bra), I put the coffee on a timer, and my water bottle already filled. If I spend anytime at all thinking about it, I somehow talk myself out of the workout. The fewer moments that require thought or effort, the better.
