I got an email called “Account Alert: $10 added” from thredup. Sure enough when I logged in, there was a 10 credit and it stacked with the code on the home page. I got a pair of Wit & Wisdom jeans for $1.50 shipped. So even if you didn’t get the email, I would try checking your account for the credit. HTHS!
