Day 25 - done!
Day 26 - done!!
Do you take your yoga mat with you when you travel? If not, what do you use? A towel on the floor?
I got a travel yoga mat which works pretty well (although I haven't traveled much since I got it, darn pandemic!) I believe it is this one:
Manduka eKO Superlite Travel Yoga Mat – Premium 1.5mm Thick Travel Mat, Portable Yoga, Pilates, Eco-Friendly Fitness Exercise Mat, Dense Cushioning for Support and Stability, Biodegradable - 71 Inch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0092L64M6...VQQ2P6JAV23YMD
Day 27 done, it was titled Strength and i definitely needed it!
And I will add to those commenting on Day 30, the first time I ran into it, I was so confused and frustrated! I skip it and do something else too

Day 27 done. Wow that was a workout. Got my heart rate up and got me sweaty!
For travel, I'd do a travel mat for sure. Hotel towel isn't going to be long enough and if I have to bring my own towel, then I might as well bring a travel mat. No way I'm putting my face or body anywhere near a hotel floor!

Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.
Day 27, 28, 29 and 30 done. Today is Day 30!! I did Day 28 again as my Day 30. It’s amazing how much stronger I feel after just 30 days!! Anyone want to keep it going?

Haven't done day 30 yet but will probably repeat a day from earlier in the program tonight. I plan to continue to follow her monthly calendars, which is what I've done in past years. I love the monthly curated calendars because it requires zero thought on my part. I subscribe to the calendar in youtube and that way I can just click play on the next day each morning and not think about it (so it continues to work just like the 30 day program did on youtube). And I have "saved" some prior year "months" where I have particularly loved the curated list. I've also gone back into her youtube archives and done a prior year's 30 day program instead of the curated monthly list. I think one year I strung together 4 different 30-day programs consecutively and that was fun.

I was thinking of doing Day 1 again for my Day 30. Because I clearly remember how I felt on Day 1 and am curious if it will be so much easier now. And yes to keep going!!!! Thanks wendibird for those tips about the monthly curated calendars because that would be the easiest thing for me, to just keep following along a day at a time.
I did 27 again today as 30.
I am definitely going to continue on! I also subscribe on YouTube to the monthly calendar, and print the calendar from her website, that way I know how long the practice will be (they vary a lot more than the January 30 day practice).
