Anyone still doing this? I'm really proud that I have completed 3 weeks- I remember when I contemplated this last year I thought there was no way, that my life was too crazy. Thinking of continuing to make time for even a short video when the month is over.
The day 21 workout- I wasn't expecting another "abs day"! At least it was short.

I've been doing daily Adriene yoga since July 2020 so yes, still doing this! I did Move Day 3 today - for like the 5th time. Daily yoga has been life changing for me.
