That's awesome! I had a really great long daily streak doing in 2020 but 2021 pandemic fatigue (I lead my institution's pandemic response) got the best of me and sleep outweighed getting up at 5:30am for yoga. But I'm so glad to be back at it.
Was grateful for today's short practice. I've been battling a head cold the past few days which has really disrupted my sleep. So getting on the mat is harder than usual. Also glad there hasn't been any alternate nostril breathing this week or I'd have suffocated!!

Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.
