The airplane leg lifts always hurt my standing leg at my outside hip area more than the leg I'm lifting. I always can't wait to switch legs!
For those who are new to her 30 day programs, heads up that the final day, Day 30, is always self guided. So just soft music and ZERO verbal cues from her. You are supposed to just go with your own flow since she's given you all the vocabulary. I honestly HATE day 30 for this reason. I want to be guided and cued. I don't want to just make up my own 20 mins practice. And if she's no the screen then I want to watch what she's doing and follow along but you can't really crane your neck to keep your eye on her in every pose.
So that's my warning and my complaint. Love YWA and the 30 day practice and will keep doing them. I just sub something else for day 30.
