I signed up and a friend of mine is joining in too! I’ve done random videos of hers online but not a whole month series yet.

Thanks for the reminder! DD did it last year and I joined her for some. I’m going to see if she wants to do it together this year.

Mom to two amazing DDs ('07 & '09) and a fur baby.

Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.

Done, and I know I am way out of shape in addition to being really tight/inflexible but the second half was hard for me. Sigh...long way to go lol! Also, is there a better "time" for yoga, for example before meals, first thing in the morning, etc? I did mine after lunch and feel like it was a mistake, I feel slightly nauseous now.

Done! It’s been a few months since I’ve done yoga so it felt good! Only problem is my dog lives laying on my yoga mat and kept trying to cuddle up and get pets when I was in down dog, lol.

I'm planning to make time before eating in the mornings from now on. I did the same as you and did it this afternoon with an almost full stomach. I didn't feel so great afterwards.

I prefer the morning. I practice first thing, before coffee even. I find it such a great way to start the day stretched and relaxed.

And I too am very tight. I fell of the yoga wagon in the summer and it’s very noticeable to me when I hit the mat today just how tight everything has gotten again.
